eLitmus is a talent technology company. Some of the biggest names including Fortune 500s trust and use eLitmus across multiple geographies to assess and hire talent. This includes the World's largest IT consulting company, Asset management company, Antivirus company, Networking company, etc.

Founded in 2005, we were pioneers in India in standardized tests and defined as a complete talent assessment industry which resulted in scores of companies raising huge funding and competing with eLitmus. We stand tall because we not only survived them but now growing against them despite their having access to huge amounts of cash. So as a company, we are focused on sustainable business models rather than cash-burn ones.

Our customers are predominantly in the software, manufacturing, electronics, and infrastructure industries. Hence will need you to have a basic understanding of that industry.   

About you

You are someone who has been working and knows that you do not want to make a career in your field of study. Instead business and management field fascinates you. For example

• You understand/ worked in  software but do not want to make a career in coding OR
• Worked in manufacturing plant but do not want to spend time on the floor OR
• Other fields like Civil, Biotech, Industrial, and Electrical but doing core job does not excite you

AND 

• Your favourite childhood pastime - calculating the total cost of groceries your parents had bought before the shopkeeper did
• You are diligent and will do anything to be on time to class
• You are focused and don't leave anything for the last minute
• You have at least one hobby/passion and remain indulged in it. Following IPL doesn't count in
• You like taking initiatives. Have volunteered for something and have put your heart in it
• You accept criticism graciously and introspect what went wrong
• You may not be a fluent communicator but are good at aptitude. Numbers do not scare you.
• Last but not the least, you are technology literate

About the role

You will be part of one or more of the following teams

• Customer Success
  • Service companies that use eLitmus. This would mean recommend and execute right assessment at one end and equally at times provide end to end recruitment solutions
• Campus & test delivery
  • Ensure test is delivered with zero malpractices across India. This includes identifying test centers, and proctors and defining best practices
  • Onboard colleges to use eLitmus services
• B2B Sales:
  • Hunt and farm new B2B clients, deep dive into every client's business model, and understand their talent needs. 
  • With a consultative mindset, build a custom comprehensive solution using the legos of multiple eLitmus products & services
     

And it doesn't end here - we have many other roles from Government Business, Gift Card and Rewards, marketing etc. We are principally looking for talent who has high initiative, persistence & ownership and believes in getting things done. Roles at eLitmus can be custom-built to the right person's strengths. All hirings against this job ad will have to compulsorily work out of Bangalore office of eLitmus. 

While your tasks could, prima facie, appear repetitive, after spending 6 months or so you will be expected to improve and make them perfect, and this requires an extensive knowledge base (for example using macros of Excel).

Though this role resembles a general management role, you will do well only if you are more likely to succeed with our customers if you are knowledge-driven rather than just being able to talk well.

Must Have

• BE/BTech(All Branches)
• 2 to 5 years of Experience (Greater experience may apply and we will try to create a role based on your interest/test profile)

Selection process   

• Round 1
  • Remote test + Assignment
  • Do click on the assignment link and start preparing as soon as you have applied because you will get less time to submit it
  • A combination of both will be used to do an elimination round
     
• Round 2
  • You will be called for an in-person test. This is to eliminate candidates who engaged in malpractices in the remote test
  • The in-person test will be held at Bangalore, Delhi, and Kolkata (so select the evaluation location accordingly)
  • Those who clear the test will be taken through interviews
