Eligibility:

- Any graduate.
- Candidate with experience in BPO (voice process) / preferred.



Desired Skills:

- Extremely organized and zeal to learn
- Excellent communication skills is a must.
- Knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.



Salary:

1.5 lakhs per annum



Job Profile:

Each customer's job advertisement is posted on our site. All replies received need to be processed and screen candidates using rule engine software of eLitmus. Screened candidates need to be sent invites for selection process. A list of candidates who have confirmed interest needs to be sent to customer. Post event, the feedback needs to be updated in the system.
This role also include resolving queries of candidates over the phone and mail.


Note:

1 year service agreement will be applicable.
