- Solves product and network problems of high complexity by quickly isolating and resolving issues.
- Increase customer network uptime by providing independent consultation to solve complex network and product problems.
- Effectively utilizes Cisco’s world class lab facilities to simulate customer network issues.
- Provides systems/product training and intellectual property material.
- Single point of contact for network problem resolutions - manage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

Routing Technologies:
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years IP Networking experience; Working knowledge of Networking industry, products and protocols
- 2+ years experience with Cisco routing products or other industry routing solutions.
- Experience and Knowledge of the following technologies: OSPF, BGP, ISIS, MPLS, MPLS VPN, Traffic Engineering, QoS, L2VPN, Multicast, Multicast VPN, VPLS,
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on the following products: Cisco7600, Cisco6500, GSR, Cisco3800, Cisco2800, Cisco7200, and ASR9k & CRS(desirable)
