Ida Infront is a successful IT product company with flat organization and a stable customer base. The journey started in 1984 in Linköping, Sweden, and today we are a well-established company with many years of experience in case management, digital archiving and secure information exchange.

Our customers are mainly found among governmental organizations, insurance companies and banks. We help them to solve their business needs by implementing system solutions based on our proprietary product family iipax.

Eligibility

• BE/B.Tech/MCA
• Very good academics
• Good pH score

We would like to see that you have experience in:

• Application servers
• Relational databases
• Version control (e.g. Git)
• Building systems (e.g. Maven)
• Agile methodologies

We also prefer that you have experience from working with: 

• HTML5, Javascript and CSS
• Apache Wicket or another Java-based web framework
• Java Swing or another Java-based client framework
• BI- and reporting tools
• Lucene/Solr
• Continuous Integration (e.g. Jenkins)
• It is essential that you have good English skills and are good at making yourself understood in speech and writing.

Personal skills

The most important personal characteristics for success is to be resourceful and communicative. Apart from that we would like you to be responsible, creative, positive, and prestige less. You enjoy working in a team, are sensitive to others' ideas, but also take responsibility for making your own voice heard. Additionally, you are development oriented and understand the importance of having a professional approach
