The problem being - despite selling garments for 3X-18X the cost of manufacturing, the industry operates at less than 10% margin. The biggest culprit being inefficient supply chain in addition to the nature of the industry.

Using cutting edge technologies and analytics driven next generation supply chain optimizations, Increff hopes to revolutionize the fashion industry. The efficacy of the same can be gauged by the fact that they could sign-up B2B paying enterprise customers even before starting the organization.

Eligibility

• 2014/ 2015/2016 batch BE/ BTech
• Good academics
• Good pH
• Experience on Java/Spring/Hibernate/Maven

Candidates must have

• 1+ years experience of product development in Java/Spring/Hibernate/Maven/Tomcat/SQL
• Understanding of REST 
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals (Data Structures, Multi-threading, Time Space Complexity etc.)

Salary

• Salary mentioned is an indicative figure and will not be a constraint for right candidate. 
• The company believes in wealth creation for its employees. So all candidates have a choice to substitute part of their salary in lieu of additional ESOPs.
