What will you do:
Be a part of the young lateral hiring team. Unlike fresher hiring where eLitmus is the Gold Standard, this is a young practice. Right from processes, technology, delivery, marketing - every thing needs to evolve. Essentially you will have to traverse the entire journey - start from caveman and evolve into a modern day human.
(Remember Bhavish, founder of Ola, ended up being a driver to a rider headed to airportin early days of company because the cab driver did not turn up!! That gives him insights which gives Ola the competitive edge)
As most of our customers are in IT, even if you come from non IT - you shall have to pick up understanding of technology.)
