• 6 months to 4 years of work experience

Job Description:

You will be part of its customer-centric technical operation team. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, direct interaction with clients for any kind of technical solution discussion, or issue resolution on top of Ubona’s product line up. Work closely with Development and sales team. You must have experience in

• Linux command line and Linux OS basics
• Shell scripting
• Database basics, MySQL, Experience in Asterix, DRLs, VXML

Add-on/Preferred Skills:
 

• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and bash scripting
• Knowledge of Telecom(VAS), IVR, Asterisk, Call Center Applications
• Experience in Working with Application Servers (i.e Apache Tomcat, Jetty), Load Balancer/HA Proxy
• Technical L1 & L2 support experience - Client technical issue discussion and resolution on phone
• Experience in technical issue troubleshooting
• Java coding - Basic
