At eLitmus, we have been too busy building awesome products and ensuring all customer deliveries are nothing but excellent. We have been happy churning out great products and customers coming to us with word of mouth. This has ensured we have remained a small bunch of highly motivated people. Now we have decided big is beautiful and going out and telling our story and not relying on word of mouth only, be it for - customer acquisition or onboarding new employees.  Equally, we do not want to dilute our culture.

About the role

You will work under myProRecord division. myProRecord is the innovative line of business of eLitmus and we are working on the nextGen products/platform. We are building products ground up in the space of Human Capital, Recruitment Automation and Facial Recognition.

Where your expertise is needed

• Enjoy your work: Design flexible architecture, write efficient frontend and/or backend code, conduct serious code reviews, and build beautiful products
• Level up: Learn cutting edge technologies and skills, solve tough technical challenges together, and use software engineering best practices
• Expand your horizon: Bring Innovation and Design thinking to the table. Participate in discussions surrounding product ideas, UI/UX designs, technical issues, and development schedules.  Market research and analysing competitor products and come with fresh thinking
• Grow as a leader: Experience first hand what makes a culture great, learn what makes a cohesive team, and grow into a leadership role

Java/Springboot, Angular and Flutter/Dart form the foundation of our tech-stack. Below are other technologies and tools you may work with. You don’t need to know them all.

• HTML5 & CSS / Javascript / Spring / Dart

• GitLab / Slack / Trello

What we are looking for

• Track record in the delivery of high-quality software
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
• A degree in computer science or related discipline
• Understanding of security best practices
• Growth mindset. Believes in using innovation and out of the box thinking to overcome challenges
• Appreciation for users, showing empathy and delight in serving their needs effectively
• Good at collaborating with people from both creative and technical backgrounds
