eLitmus is a talent technology company. Some of the biggest names including Fortune 500s trust and use eLitmus across multiple geographies to assess and hire talent. This includes the largest IT consulting company, Asset management company, Antivirus company, Networking company etc.

We defined a complete talent assessment industry which resulted in scores of companies raising huge funding and competing with eLitmus. About you

You are some one who like your field of study but want to make a career in management field. For example

• You understand software but do not want to make career in coding OR
• Studied mechanical but do not want to spend time in shopfloor OR
• Other fields like Civil, Biotech, Industrial, Electrical but doing core job does not excite you

Our customers are predominantly in software, manufacturing, electronics and infrastructure industries. Hence will need you to have a basic understanding of that industry.

About the role

You will be part of one or more of the following teams

• Customer success
  • Service companies which use eLitmus
• Campus & test delivery
  • Ensure test is delivered with zero malpractices across India. This includes identifying test centre, proctors and defining best practices
  • Onboard colleges to use eLitmus services
• Digital marketing
  • This function is yet to be set up

While your tasks could, prima facie, appear repetitive, after spending 6 months or so you will be expected to improve and make them perfect, and this requires an extensive knowledge base (for example using macros of excel).

Though this role resembles a general management role, you will do well only if you are a geek / nerdish person. You are more likely to succeed with our customers if you are knowledge driven rather than just being able to talk well.

Must Have

• 2021/22 batch
• Great academics
• Good communication skills
• Not rejected in the last 12 months for any role at eLitmus

Selection process

• Offer letter is rolled out basis clearing the online test
  • Online test details: Basic Aptitude + Subjective + Communication (speaking) test
• Candidates would be attending a similar difficulty level test at the time of joining in Bangalore office and offer is valid basis the offline test performance

Service Terms

Company spends considerable effort in training new interns / employees through direct mentoring. Candidates willing to commit to a minimum of 12 months of full-time employment post internship need only apply.

Compensation Details

The CTC of ₹ 6.05 lakh includes Phantom Bonus stocks worth ₹ 1.85 lakh which is assured cash (not linked to stock price) and paid out over 3 years (15% in second year and 85% in third year).

• Above mentioned CTC would be applicable post successful completion of 3 months of internship at Bangalore office.
• The stipend shall be ₹ 20,000 / month during the internship.
