Job Description:

The Associate Technical Consultant works with the Global Services project teams to help ensure the WFS Suite products being developed comply with the needs of the customer and are delivered successfully by gathering and defining the customer’s documented workforce management business requirements and validating their expected results. They continue to develop their skills in consulting, leadership client relationships, and knowledge of WFS Products by taking WFS product suite training courses and maintaining certifications.

Job Requirements:

• Work on project implementation assignments and follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data.
• Demonstrate technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstances.
• Possesses analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong Programming skills and SQL knowledge are preferred.

Compensation Details:

• Internship
  • During in premise internship,
    • The stipend will be ₹ 35,000 per month for 6 months

• Service Agreement: 
  • The Agreement tenure will be for 18 months(including 6 months internship).
  • Post completion of the internship, your CTC will be  ₹ 7.2 Lpa.
  • The company spends considerable effort in training new interns/employees through direct mentoring by senior folks. 
  • Only candidates willing to commit to 18 months of tenure need to apply. 

Note :

• If selected, candidates need to join WorkForce Software in-premise at their Bangalore office.
• The selection process is in premise and will be conducted in Bangalore.
  • Selection process: Written exam followed by Technical/HR/Managerial Interview.

Warning:

• We understand that despite having state-of-the-art proctoring systems for remote tests, few of the candidates engaging in malpractices go undetected.
• Therefore, on or before the date of joining, all the selected candidates will be administered the pH Test again in person at Bangalore.
