Increff is solving a gigantic problem of fashion / garment industry. For India alone, the size of the problem is - Rupees 3,87,000 Crore. Globally it is 65X. The problem being - despite selling garments for 3X-18X the cost of manufacturing, the industry operates at less than 10% margin. The biggest culprit being inefficient supply chain in addition to the nature of the industry.

Using cutting edge technologies and analytics driven next generation supply chain optimizations, Increff hopes to revolutionize the fashion industry. The efficacy of the same can be gauged by the fact that they could sign-up B2B paying enterprise customers even before starting the organization.

• 2015-2017 Batch BE/ BTech CS/IT or MCA
• Good Academics
• Good pH

Job Description:
 

• Deep understanding of the e-commerce and fashion industry to solve very complex problems through cutting edge applications
• Building highly scalable, reliable transaction platform capable of handling 1 Lakh orders per day (i.e. INR 5 crores of sales per day)
• Use latest technologies in Java domain (E.g. Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Apache Open Source etc.)
• Write the worlds best code

Desired Skills:
 

• 1-2 years experience in Java programming
• 1+ years experience in Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL
• Excellent programming skills
• E-Commerce domain is a plus
