Job Description:

• Good Analytical and algorithmic capability
• Sound understanding of CS fundamentals and Data Structures.
• Knowledge of RDBMS
• Can-do attitude and willingness to go beyond the standard tasks
• Penchant for good programming practices, TDD etc

• Worked on some good projects of your own
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Role

• During training - Ensure completion of assignments in the given time - Reachout to the mentor(s) in a timely manner in case of any doubts
• Post training - Follow the development best practices taught during the training
• Put in best effort to complete the assigned task as per the timelines.
• Reach out to the project lead in a timely manner in case of any doubts
• Be punctual for scheduled meetings and discussions.

Compensation Details:

• Internship
  • You shall be working as an intern with eLitmus till 31st July 2024 (out of Zopsmart office)
  • During in premise internship, Stipend will be ₹ 24,500 per month till 31st July 2024
  • Candidates joining internship will be credited 12,000 eLitmus cash into their eLitmus account
• Employment with eLitmus
  • You shall be converted into employee of eLitmus with effect from 1st August 2024
  • Your employment shall end on 31st December 2024
  • During this employment you will have CTC of ₹ 30,000 per month (annualised at ₹3.6 lakh) which will be inclusive of PF, gratuity, insurance etc
• Direct employment with Zopsmart
  • Based on the performance you may be offered a full time role and get tansfer on Zopsmart payroll with effect from 1st Jan 2025 with compensation of ₹ 9 LPA + 1 Lakh Variable or more.

Service Agreement :  ₹ 150,000 is the training cost which is fully recoverable if one leaves before completing 18 months with Zopsmart either directly or indirectly through eLitmus. This includes the internship period as well.
