Job Description:

• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
• Write well-designed, testable code
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
• Comply with project plans and industry standards

Job Requirements:

• Good programming skills
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication skills
• Understanding and analysing project requirement.

Eligibility:

• 2023/24 Batch of BE/ BTech/ MTech (CSE/IT/ISE/ECE Branches only)
• Good academic track record (Minimum of 70% or equivalent in X/ XII & Graduation)
• Good pH score

Note:

• Salary includes 15% of Annual Performance Bonus.
• Candidates clearing the interview will be onboarded as an Intern and will undergo 2 months of training (with stipend).

Compensation/stipend

1. For the first two months of training, the stipend will be 20,000 per month.
2. Only those who clear the evaluation at the end of the training program will be onboarded as Associate Software Engineer (with CTC).

Service Agreement:

• Company spends considerable effort in training new employees through direct mentoring by senior folks. Candidates willing to commit for atleast a period of 24 months tenure should only apply.
• The training agreement is for 24 months, and value of the bond amount is INR.1,00,000/-
• Training bond(24 months) will be applicable from the joining date (includes 2 months training period) of the candidate as an Intern.
